Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policies last 30 days. An additional 5 days will be given during unforeseen circumstances. If 35 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, except on special case-by case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any refusal of shipments incurs costs that will be deducted from the refund.
Case-by-case return (exchange) considerations
For example, if you ordered ‘red maca root powder’, and upon rceiving your order you found out you prefered ‘black maca root powder with the same price value or equivalent’ (for whatever reasons), and want to return for an exchange after 30 days had elapsed, you could apply for an exchange by sending us an email notification at: [email protected] for further instructions.
Please note that all returns are at your own cost using the same shipping method and service. We’re not responsible for return shipping costs and your original shipping charge will NOT be able to be refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee. As long as your product(s) is in their original condition, the entire cost of your product(s) will be refunded upon confirmation and receipt of your returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send your returns to our mailing address at :

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 2-3 days for this to happen. After your refund has been issued, it may take several business days for it to clear in your bank account or your credit card issuer. But if you see that your refund is not cleared in your bank accouint within 5 business days of being issued, we recommend contacting your bank or your credit card company to confirm.
